Written comments on the EBMUD revised EIR Due

East Bay Municipal Utilities District (EBMUD) held public scoping sessions for the reworking of its Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed Pardee Dam expansion earlier this month. Calaveras resident raised voices in support of the Mokelumne River.
