The CSNC Restoration Crew Needs You!

If you have trouble viewing or submitting this form, you can fill it out in Google Forms.

Over the past ten months, the CSNC restoration crew surveyed the Eldorado National Forest, searching for unauthorized Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) routes, which disrupt the hydrological functions of landscapes, fragment habitat for flora and fauna, and damage overall forest health.

Now it’s time to turn from surveying sites to restoring them! The crew has restored dozens of smaller damaged sites, but a large number of them require additional volunteers. During the next month and a half, the CSNC crew will be out in the field and we would like you to join us! Whether you can join for one day or many, we would be happy to have your help in restoring these damaged landscapes. Projects will include mulching unauthorized routes, scattering local native seeds, placing OHV exclusions, implementing erosion controls, and transporting materials to restoration sites. Please fill out the form below with your availability and we will send more information for each project date you are available.
