Supervisors reject cannabis coordinator proposal

District 2 Calaveras County Supervisor Jack Garamendi said he was caught off guard Tuesday during a special meeting when the other four members of the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors voted against what he said would have been a statement against illegal cannabis cultivation in the county.
