Newman Ridge Strip Mine Law Suit

Environmental hearing by local ranchers against Newman Ridge strip mine quarry/asphalt plant developers and County was rescheduled by Amador Superior Court – our new date is Tuesday, December 10th, beginning at 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

The Court cited wanting more time to allow his staff enough time to evaluate the case, and also commented there will be no more delays.
