- ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE Introduce, after a waiver of the reading requirements, an Ordinance relating to Fire Mitigation Fees*
The staff report for the Fire Mitigation Fee Ordinance states no Published Notice and no Public Hearing required; there will be a waiver of reading requirements. The request for new fees was brought forth by Calaveras Consolidated Fire District Board. ACTION WILL BE TAKEN REGARDING COUNTY ADOPTION OF A NEW FIRE MITIGATION FEE ORDINANCE to establish a process for Fire Districts to assess fire mitigation fees.
- PLANNING Adopt a resolution updating fees for select Planning Department applications
