Lake Tulloch residents concerned environmental rules could drain reservoir

Residents in the foothills called on state and federal lawmakers Tuesday to Tri-Dam will hold a community meeting at 10 a.m. March 7 at the Black Creek Center in Copperopolis, to develop plans to contend with the ongoing impacts of the four-year California drought while simultaneously developing contingency plans in the event of a potential fifth dry year in 2016.put a stop to environmental rules that may drain Northern California lakes. Calaveras Supervisor Chris Wright has announced a special board meeting next Tuesday at 9am (March 3, 2015) to discuss Lake Tulloch. Hopefully we will get enough experts to fully understand the issue. This is a complex issue that deserves thoughtful discussion!
