Tom Infusino, Calaveras Planning Coalition Facilitator and Sierra Land Use Attorney, will explain how a well designed and thoughtful General Plan does not threaten, but protects property rights. Gurbax Sahota, President/CEO, CALED (California Association for Local Economic Development,) will discuss how a stronger economic base, recognition of locally produced goods, the productive use of property and more contribute to a community that is more vibrant and less dependent on government influences.
