Calaveras Planning Coalition Public Meeting, May 12, 2014
Want to talk about why your “Community Plan” matters and should be included in the General Plan Update. On Monday, May 12, 2014, at the San Andreas Library, from 2-4 p.m., the Calaveras Planning Coalition will host it’s second in a series of open community meetings to “talk” about the County’s General Plan Update. In August of 2007, the Board of Supervisors invited community groups to engage in the process of community planning and to create visions and plans unique to their locales. Now, over 7 years later, there is doubt about the inclusion of Community Plans in the updated General Plan. The public is invited on May 12 to find out what’s up and what’s next for our community plans. Admission is free and refreshments will be available.
