Calaveras County Planning Commission recommends cannabis ban

Ban to be heard by supervisors next month

Under the policy, marijuana cultivation of anything more than six plants, the amount described by the state as a personal grow, will be illegal.

The environmental impact report approved was done so despite scrutiny.
