Calaveras County Grand Jury Report Released

The 2023-2024 Calaveras County Grand Jury released it’s final report June 30, 2024. Any entity subject to the report is required to respond within 60-90 days of the report’s filing. The Board of Supervisors has 90 days to respond to the reports. This year, the Grand Jury investigated 5 major departments in the county: Calaveras County Office of Education, Calaveras County Water District, Calaveras County Animal Services, Child Welfare Services, and Ebbetts Pass Veteran’s Memorial District.
