Angels gets OK to mine data for development

Randy Starbuck was recently named director of business recruiters at Destination Angels Camp.

He will be responsible for turning financial data into economic development in Angels Camp after the city council voted to approve a $100,000 Community Development Block Grant at its meeting Tuesday night.
