ACTION ALERT: ONE WEEK! Make your voice heard on county Greenhouse Gas survey closing Aug. 5

Citizen input is being sought by Calaveras County on its Greenhouse Gas Reduction Plan, but the window closes soon! The survey ends Friday August 5 at an unspecified time, so make sure to fill it out before then.

A strong GHG Reduction Plan can provide state funding to critical issues in wildfire, water, energy, and more. We highly encourage Calaveras residents to participate in this survey, and to give high ranks on measures you agree with to show the county that we take this seriously. 

The simple survey can be completed in as little as 5 minutes. It asks citizens to rank their support of different GHG reduction measures from 1-5 based on how important they are to you, with room for additional comments. We encourage additional comments, and our recommended comments can be found by clicking here.
