Planning Commission Revising Draft General Plan Page by Page.

The Planning Commission continues to meet to review the draft General Plan, page by page and line by line.They are making many major policy and text changes “on the fly” and with no opportunity for public review of changes.  The PC has completed review and edits of the Vision and Guiding Principles, Introduction, Noise Element, Technical Background Report, and much of the Land Use Element.  Review of the Land Use Element and Programs continues at the PC meeting Thursday, November 5.
