At a recent “Strategic Workshop”, our Calaveras County supervisors had a frank discussion about “adaptive challenges” facing Calaveras, their vision for the county’s future, what they can do as a team, and setting goals, priorities, and direction for the next 6-12 months, including the upcoming county budget. The meeting was led by Bill Chiat, a professional facilitator.
