Raft the Mokelumne River

Have you always wanted to see the Mokelumne from river level? Float the
beautiful Middle Bar reach downstream of Highway 49? Here’s your chance.

There are still seats available for the 9 am and 3 pm Mokelumne River
raft trips on Saturday, May 30, with O.A.R.S. of Angels Camp. It’s a
beautiful paddle for the whole family, with splashy rapids, lovely
scenery, beautiful wildlife and some leisurely floating. You’ll float
the Mokelumne from Electra to Middle Bar with expert guides and
top-notch professional equipment. Trips depart from Jackson, with
transportation provided to and from the river.

This is a special opportunity. Commercial rafting is not yet available
on the Mokelumne, so this trip is being carried out with a special use
permit. One day only!

You must reserve your paddle in advance. $75 per person. Minimum age is
6, and minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

All proceeds benefit Foothill Conservancy’s river conservation program.
