“I am not in favor of the 40 acre minimum parcel in my specific district.  I can understand other areas of the County wanting it that way but I would like to see smaller designated areas for development.  But at the same time I would like to see compact growth in the community centers also.”  -- Supervisor Gary Tofanelli
