Below is the petition that we at CAP and the CPC will be handing in to members of the Board of Supervisors over the coming months as they review and finalize the General Plan Update Draft Environmental Impact Report. Please email us at

In June 2018, the County released the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Draft General Plan. That report concluded that the proposed General
Plan will have 25 significant impacts that will make the County worse. These impacts will be associated with traffic congestion, water supply, noise,
emergency services, wastewater treatment, public facilities, air quality, agricultural lands, fish and game habitat, scenic beauty, and historical resources.
Instead, please adopt a General Plan that improves the County.
